nice game but how to get past lvl4

I suggest the following (L-for lefr, R- for right, U - use jetpack, ... - long pause, .-short pause):

This is not the only way of course.
Level 4 is intended to explain to the player that he shouldn't jump from the ground with electric ceiling right above him. So if you have a ceiling right above you in say 30-50 px (about a character's height) you better try to find a better place to jump, with more space above you.
And here is a little tip: when you jump right from the ground the acceleration is much higher than when you lunch jetpack in the air, with no ground below you. So jumping from the ground is good to save fuel, but hard to control. So to take more control of your jump, you can first jump a little (press up button for a 1/3 of sec) and than launch a jetpack again in the air
